If you would like to work at our farm in exchange for a weekly vegetable CSA share, a work share might be a good option for you! 

Work share members are expected to work 4 hours each week in exchange for an equivalent of a large vegetable CSA share.  You will be expected to help us harvest every week of the 16 week CSA season, unless you are sick or out of town.  Harvesting is physically demanding and happens regardless of weather conditions, rain or shine. Another option is to be a delivery driver, which entails getting to the farm by 3 pm each Wednesday, helping load baskets with produce, loading your car with the baskets and delivering to a free drop off site in the Twin Cities by 5 pm. 

Night Owl Farm reserves the right to discontinue a work share arrangement at any point throughout the summer.

Work share hours available:

Mondays: 4 – 8 pm.

Tuesdays: 8-12 pm, 12 – 4 pm. or 4-8 pm

Wednesdays: about 2 pm to about 5:30 pm (delivery driver)
